"Moga". The title is an abribiation of "Modern Girl" in Japan. The 1920's Western style clothing and hair-do were very popular and modern at that time. Senpan stated for this design, "... probably because I seldom make the Western style designs, I regret this design looked like the ones on match-boxes. I had hard time deciding what to do with the background. Then, I felt this type of figure needed large Western letters filling up the background instead of Japanese letters.".
