Here Tamura Shogun (namely, Sakanoye Tamura-maro), directed by the bodhisattva Kannon in the form of a woman, about to kill the demon-deity of Mount Suzuka. In legend this incident took place during a punitive expedition against the rebel Abe no Takamaru.
